We get told a lot my last window cleaner could not reach the window above my conservatory. With our Reach & Wash window cleaning poles this is easy! If you'd like to email us a picture we are always happy to confirm with you before we go ahead.
We fully understand that there are times we are going to miss each other, infact around 90% of our customers are out when we clean there windows. So how do you pay us? upon cleaning your windows we will post a slip through your door we offer a couple of different methods. Our most popular at the moment is Direct Debit which is taken out of your bank account five days after the windows have been cleaned, so you do not need to do anything at all (please email us for more information) or alternately direct bank transfer within eight days from the clean from your on-line bank account, again a slip will be posted through your door with all the details for this.
Due to the nature of the job we have to take into account the weather and other delays that we may occur in-between each visit to you. Unfortunately it is impossible for us to give you the same set date/day each visit, however we always aim to visit you the same week each month. The majority of our customers are out upon cleaning which isn't a problem, if you have access issues please email us to discuss what we can do for you.
